Women in Big Data and Analytics

Big Data Industry in India is expected to grow by a considerable percentage till 2025. Several organizations are increasingly shifting to collecting and analyzing large sets of data to stay ahead of the curve. At, WiT, we realized the growing importance of Big Data and Analytics and created a community exclusively for women. The idea behind this community is to engage women in discussions and connect them to opportunities in Big Data through industry collaborations. The community would be involved in diverse discussions on topics like augmented analytics, harnessing of dark data, cost optimization, data storytelling and visualizations. WiT in partnership with organizations would be conducting Hackathons and Bootcamps particularly focused on solving real- life problems to up-skill and increase the learning curve of women.
